COVID-19: It’s all a bit different, but the church is alive!

Explore Your Story in light of His Story

We invite you to join with us during Lent 2021 as Hannah Steele leads us through her new book ‘Living His Story’.

This year, churches in the far west of Portsmouth diocese as part of ‘The Big Church Read’ are teaming up to read together as one!

As we journey through this book, Hannah will unpack liberating and practical ways of sharing the gospel story afresh. Hannah will be sharing with us how we can live Jesus’ story in our own lives simply by being the people God made us and allowing people to be drawn to him through our natural gifts.

Check out this video explaining some more.

On your own or with your small group

If you don’t have access to, or aren’t comfortable with, technology, you can still order paper copies of the material.  Why not pair up with a friend and plan to call each other once a week to discuss the material and pray together.

If you are part of a homegroup or other small group that wishes to engage with these materials yourselves, we will soon have some notes available to help your group get the most out of your time together. We are expecting this to be posted on the C of E website soon so get in touch nearer lent if you still can’t find them.
